Overview

The entities used in Footprint need to be mapped to their equivalents in the Shipping Management module. The Packaging Types Mapping section is where this is done for your Container Types, which are used as Shipping Containers in Footprint.

The Packaging Types Mapping section only has one part - the Packaging Types List.

1. Packaging Types List

A list of all Packaging Types set up in Footprint.

Packaging Types List

The Packaging Types List is pulled from the list of Container Types, as set up in the Container Types section. Each Container Type with the Shipping Category enabled will be listed.

The Edit button allows you to make changes to the Packaging Types, selecting the External Packaging Types to associate with the Container Type. Save will save any changes made here, and Cancel discards changes. Refresh will load the most current Packaging Types information.

Container Type: The name of the Container Type.

External Packaging Type: The only editable field, a drop-down list of all Packaging Types available.
